How do I determine my correct skate size?
Skate sizes typically differ from standard athletic shoe sizes. We recommend using our official Riedell Sizing Guide and measuring your foot in millimeters to ensure a snug, high-performance fit.
How long does shipping take for custom skate orders?
Standard stock items ship within 2-3 business days. Custom-built skates or specialized color lab orders typically require 4-6 weeks for handcrafted production before they are dispatched.
What is your return policy for Riedell products?
We accept returns on unused, stock items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-ordered 'Color Lab' skates and mounted boots are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do I need to 'heat mold' my new boots?
Many of our high-end leather boots are heat-moldable to provide a custom fit. We recommend having this performed by a professional skate technician to avoid damaging the materials.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are your skates suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
While our boots are versatile, the wheels determine the surface compatibility. We offer specific wheel sets for indoor rinks (harder) and outdoor pavement (softer) to ensure the best skating experience.
